The Baltimore Ravens have agreed to a two-year deal with Graham.
The Pro Bowl special-teams ace previously visited the Detroit Lions and Minnesota Vikings. Graham intercepted a career-high three passes with one forced fumble last season. In five NFL seasons, Graham has 180 tackles, four interceptions and two forced fumbles.

Rice, Ray (RB)
Rice has been designated the franchise player of the Baltimore Ravens, who hope to buy some time while negotiating a lengthy deal for the two-time Pro Bowl running back.
Rice's contract expired after a season in which he amassed an NFL-best 2,068 yards from scrimmage and helped the Ravens advance to the AFC championship game. As a franchise running back, Rice will earn $7.7 million in 2012. Baltimore, however, intends to have him around a lot longer.

Suggs, Terrell (LB)
Suggs, the most dynamic player on the Ravens' staunch defense, has won the 2011 Associated Press NFL Defensive Player of the Year award.
Suggs had 70 tackles, including 14 sacks, and was a threat all over the field from his hybrid linebacker-end position. He also forced seven fumbles and had two interceptions.

Cundiff, Billy (K)
Cundiff missed a 32-yard field goal attempt with 15 seconds remaining in Sunday's 23-20 loss to New England in the AFC championship game.
Cundiff was a first-team All-Pro last season and hadn't missed a fourth-quarter field goal in two seasons. Of his nine misses this season, none was shorter than 34 yards. And throughout the NFL, kickers made all 24 attempts from exactly 32 yards during the regular season. "You have to take it personally," Cundiff said. "I get paid to make field goals."
