Leshoure was caught chewing marijuana during a recent traffic stop in southwestern Michigan.
The incident on March 12 occurred less than a month after police in a different Berrien County community say they caught Leshoure with marijuana. Prosecutor Art Cotter says Leshoure was due in court Monday for the more recent case but hadn't appeared by 4 p.m.

Smith, Kevin (RB)
The Detroit Lions have agreed to a one-year deal with Smith.
The Lions signed Smith last season while running back Jahvid Best was out with a concussion and after rookie Mikel Leshoure tore his left Achilles tendon. Smith ran for a career-high 140 yards and scored a career-high three touchdowns in a November win over Carolina, two weeks after he was without a job.

Tulloch, Stephen (LB)
A person familiar with the deal says the Detroit Lions and linebacker Stephen Tulloch have agreed to a five-year contract. The person spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity Tuesday because the transaction hadn't been announced.
Re-signing Tulloch was one of the Lions' top priorities this offseason. They extended Calvin Johnson's contract, retained Cliff Avril with a franchise tag and re-signed Jeff Backus and Shaun Hill. The only player Detroit wanted back that won't return is cornerback Eric Wright. Tulloch made a team-high 111 tackles with the Lions after signing a one-year deal last summer. He led Tennessee in tackles the previous two years after being drafted by the Titans in 2006.

Fluellen, Andre (DT)
The Detroit Lions have re-signed defensive tackle Andre Fluellen to a one-year contract. The team confirmed the move Tuesday. Terms were not disclosed.
Fluellen has played in 51 games over four seasons with the Lions. Detroit drafted him in the third round of the 2008 NFL draft and he started five games combined in his first two seasons. He has played in 29 the past two years as a backup. Fluellen has 46 career tackles.

Graham, Ben (P)
The Detroit Lions have re-signed Graham to a one-year contract.
Graham was the team's punter for the final seven games of last season, putting 10 of 28 punts inside the 20-yard line with only three touchbacks. He replaced Robert Malone, who filed in for one game for the injured Ryan Donahue, and had a kick returned for a touchdown by Chicago's Devin Hester. Graham then signed and punted the rest of the year.
