Ogletree, Kevin (WR)
The Dallas Cowboys have signed Ogletree to a one-year contract.
Ogletree originally signed with the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent out of Virginia in 2009, he will compete for the role of No. 3 receiver behind Miles Austin and Dez Bryant after Laurent Robinson signed with Jacksonville. In 31 career games that include one start, Ogletree has 25 catches for 294 yards.

The Dallas Cowboys have signed Livings to a five-year contract.
Livings joined the Cincinnati Bengals as an undrafted rookie free agent in 2006. He played in his first regular-season game in 2008 and has 47 starts in 52 career games.

The Dallas Cowboys have reached a deal with free agent safety Brodney Pool. Coach Jason Garrett said Thursday that Pool is a very athletic safety who makes a lot of plays in the passing game. Terms were not disclosed.
Poole played the last two seasons for the New York Jets after five seasons with Cleveland, where he played for Cowboys defensive coordinator Rob Ryan and their new secondary coach Jerome Henderson. Pool had 36 tackles and an interception last season. In 100 career games with Cleveland (2005-09) and the Jets (2010-11), he has 365 tackles with 13 interceptions. Cleveland drafted Pool in the second round out of Oklahoma in 2005.

A person with knowledge of the decisions says the Dallas Cowboys have agreed to deals with quarterback Kyle Orton and cornerback Brandon Carr. The person spoke to The Associated Press on the condition of anonymity because the team had not yet announced Wednesday's deals.
Orton, who finished last season in Kansas City after being released by Denver, has agreed to a three-year deal to be Tony Romo's backup. Jon Kitna, Romo's primary backup the last two years, retired after last season.
