Moreno has been charged with drunken driving and careless driving after getting pulled over in south Denver.
Denver district attorney's spokeswoman Lynn Kimbrough said Tuesday that Moreno is also charged with failure to have proof of insurance and is due back in court March 2 after police issued a summons. Denver police Lt. Matthew Murray says Moreno was pulled over on Feb. 1 after allegedly driving 70 mph in an interstate construction zone where the speed limit was 45 mph.

Miller has won a two-man race with 49ers linebacker Aldon Smith for the 2011 Associated Press NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year award.
The second Bronco to win the award - LB Mike Croel got it in 1991 - Miller made 64 tackles and had 11 1/2 sacks despite missing one game and playing the last four contests with a cumbersome cast protecting his surgically repaired right thumb.

Dawkins has been added to the AFC Pro Bowl roster, although it's uncertain if he'll be able to play because of a neck injury.
Dawkins missed most of the last month and both of Denver's playoff games. He has said he'll consult with his family before deciding whether to return in 2012 for a 17th NFL season, which would be a record for safeties. Dawkins was having a resurgent season under first-year defensive coordinator Dennis Allen when he got hurt in a game against Chicago.

Tebow, Tim (QB)
Tebow will enter training camp as the Denver Broncos' starting quarterback for 2012. The team sought to curb the circus that's sure to surround Tebow this offseason by declaring him the incumbent at a season-ending news conference Monday. John Elway, a Hall of Famer who rejoined the team a year ago as chief of football operations, has pledged to work with Tebow this offseason to polish his passing game.
Tebow took over a 1-4 team in October and guided the Broncos to their first playoff berth since 2005. His 80-yard TD toss on the first play of overtime beat Pittsburgh in the wild-card round before the Broncos lost at New England Saturday. Tebow is the Broncos' only quarterback under contract for 2012.
